abdok Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the abdok platform. By registering and using an account, you are considered to have agreed to these policies.

Important Notice

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between abdok and the user of the platform. Please read this entire document in full before using any service, game, or feature on abdok. If you disagree with any of the terms, please stop using the platform.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this Agreement have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply to the understanding of each term unless the context requires otherwise.

Key Terms

  • "abdok" or "Platform" — The https://abdok.lat website and all its services, games, content, and features.
  • "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on abdok or is using the platform.
  • "Account" — The user's registered personal profile through which all services are managed.
  • "Balance" — The total amount of money held in the user's account.
  • "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits granted by abdok that are withdrawable subject to meeting specific conditions.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum betting amount that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • "Agreement" — This complete terms and conditions document and all policies attached to it.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Participation on the abdok platform is entirely voluntary and is presented for entertainment purposes. Meeting the following eligibility conditions is required to use the service.

Registration and gaming on abdok are permitted only for individuals aged 21 or older. Any person under the age of 21 may not use this platform. abdok may request proof for age verification at any time. Providing a false age will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

  • Providing the correct date of birth at the time of registration is mandatory.
  • Age may be verified through a national identity card or passport.
  • Protecting minors from gaming is a priority for abdok.
Clause 2.2 — Geographic Eligibility

User Location

abdok is designed primarily for users in Bangladesh. The user acknowledges that responsibility for complying with local regulations regarding online gaming from their location rests entirely with them.

3. Account Registration

When registering on abdok, the user must provide accurate and complete information. All rules relating to accounts are described below.

  • Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must all belong to the same person.
  • Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • Keeping the password confidential is the user's responsibility. abdok will not be liable if the password is shared with any third party.
Clause 3.2 — Identity Verification (KYC)

Security Verification Process

abdok reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested prior to withdrawal or for security reasons:

  • A copy of the national identity card (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay).

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on abdok are fully secure and encrypted. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Clause 4.1 — Deposit Policy

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable to all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Deposited funds must come only from an account belonging to the same person — third-party funds are not accepted.
  • abdok will not be responsible for deposits sent with incorrect details.
Clause 4.2 — Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • abdok reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the event of any suspicious activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

abdok offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that must be followed.

Clause 5.1 — Welcome Bonus

First Deposit Bonus

abdok offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.

  • To claim the bonus, contact support after completing your first deposit.
  • To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be met.
  • Wagering is calculated on the combined total of bonus funds and real money.
  • The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same person, IP address, or payment method.
Clause 5.2 — General Bonus Terms

Rules for Using Bonuses

  • If not used within the specified period from the date of issue, bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
  • abdok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any existing promotion at any time.
  • Any attempt to fraudulently use bonuses will result in account closure and forfeiture of the related funds.

6. Gaming Rules

All games offered on abdok are operated on the principles of fairness and transparency. Users are required to follow the rules below when playing.

Clause 6.1 — Fair Play Policy

  • All games on abdok are supplied by established game developers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi.
  • Game outcomes are entirely dependent on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology — no outcome is predetermined.
  • Any attempt to alter game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
  • If a technical error occurs in any game, abdok may void that round and refund the bet.
Clause 6.2 — Betting Limits

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using abdok's services. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and legal action where necessary.

  • Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
  • Providing false information or forged documents.
  • Harassing or defrauding other users.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Clause 8.1 — abdok's Rights

Account Management Rights

abdok may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
  • Detection of suspicious or fraudulent financial activity.
  • The account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.
  • At the user's own request.
Section 8.2 — User Rights

Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may request to close their account at any time. In that case, any existing balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be withdrawable.   • All data is kept secure through SSL encryption.

  • Where there is a legal obligation, information may be provided to the relevant authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

Section 10.1 — Nature of Service

Liability Terms

abdok provides its service on an "As-Is" basis. abdok is not directly liable for the following:

  • If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection.
  • If loss occurs due to issues with the user's device or network.
  • If the service is temporarily disrupted due to technical errors (although abdok is committed to resolving issues promptly).
  • If the user's account login credentials fall into the hands of a third party.
Section 10.2 — Liability for Gaming Losses

Acknowledgment of Financial Loss

Losing money in gaming is a normal occurrence. The user participates in games voluntarily and understands that there is a risk of financial loss in gaming. There is no right to a refund of money lost in a game, unless the outcome of the game was affected by a technical error and abdok acknowledges this.

11. Dispute Resolution

Section 11.1 — Complaints Process

How to Submit a Complaint

If a user has a complaint about any matter, they should follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Report the issue through 24/7 live chat support. abdok's support team provides assistance in Bengali.
  • Step 2: If the issue is not resolved via live chat, write in detail to [email protected] by email.
  • Step 3: abdok will provide an initial response within 5 business days of receiving the email.
Section 11.2 — Final Decision

Authority to Resolve Disputes

The decision of abdok's management shall be considered final in resolving all disputes, unless another legal remedy applies. Both parties will prioritize resolving disputes through amicable settlement.

12. Changes to Terms

Section 12.1 — Right to Make Changes

abdok reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms at any time. In the event of changes:

  • Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the site.
  • If a user continues to use the platform after the updated terms have been published, they will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.
  • The date of each revision will be noted at the top of this page as "Last Updated".
